FAQ


1. Why does my plastic product appear scratched/damaged?



A plastic film protects the gloss ABS plastic surface & sometimes that can make it look as though they are damaged. Please make sure you have removed the protective film before contacting us about this.  This is one of the most common customer service calls we receive! So please peel this back before getting disappointed.





 2. Do you make a particular product for my bike?



If it is not shown as available on the website then probably not, but if your model is a new release & you join our mailing list we can let you know if and when we go into production for the item you want. May be it is listed as another name? E.G. Fly Screen (Light Screen - Fender Eliminator (Eliminator) - Undertray (Tailguard) - Headlight Protector (Lens). Also some items are used as a Universal item for various models like Indicators etc.





 3. Do you offer colour matching?



Regrettably, as there are so many different variations of colours & codes around the World, we do not offer this service as it would add too much cost into the products to have them spray painted for Australia.  Powerbronze uses only premium grade materials in generic colours available.





 4. Can my package be tracked?



Yes. We can trace most parcels via Australia Post if they fail to arrive, but please contact us for more details if required.





 5. Do you ship to other countries?



No each Agent in every Country is approved by Powerbronze International Ltd to sell only within their region - please visit the Shopping Basket and click on the moving globe for more information on delivery costs. Please Note: there are no guarantees offered by Powerbronze Australia if purchased from any other source except from Powerbronze Australia or from our authorised Australian Retail Bike Shops that are agents. There are many overseas stockists of Powerbronze products who claim to send to Australia but none are authorised to do so and therefore you have no guarantee for safe delivery or quality guarantees - often the product is imitation and Powerbronze Australia or Powerbronze UK will not support these sales.





 6. What is your returns policy?



If you have a problem please contact the original place you purchased from E.G. either the Retail Bike Shop or via this website direct - if the item is faulty or damaged a replacement will be supplied ASAP Free of Charge - but please ensure all brackets etc are being used correctly before contacting us or your retailer. If this is not the case, maybe you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item or have a change of heart or simply dont like the look of the item on the bike, then we have the right to, refuse a refund, or to charge a nominal fee for restocking, or we may offer a credit on an alternative item from our range. In this case the complete item must be returned for inspection in its original undamaged packaging at the customers expense, before a decision is made & maybe returned if found as our description. Powerbronze Australia will issue you a return code to authorise these returns if agreed. If no return code is issued we will simply refuse delivery or return once more to you the sender.

Any item that is not in stock in Australia or is a "Special Order" item (see No:9 below) and is ordered specifically for you - we cannot refund, credit or return under any circumstance.

 7. Does everything I need to fit an item come with the product?



Where applicable, we supply all of the fixtures and fittings you would need, together with clear user instructions.





 8.  Where can I see the Powerbronze products?



Please speak to your favorite Retail Bike Shop or go to the "Search by Bike" section on this website, every item that we manufacture is shown.  On the website try the "Project Bikes" section for your model with all available items fitted, also try the Photo Gallery both here on the "Online Shop" and on www.powerbronze.com.au for customer bikes photos. We are an importer/distributor and regrettably do not have or require a showroom facilities for public browsing. Please choose items carefully any review our returns policy (above 6).





 9. What is a "special order"?



As the exclusive Australian & NZ Agen we import every item from Powerbronze UK after the item has be "made to order" for each customer & is not usually stocked in Australia, most orders are a "Special Order". Because there are so many choices for each item it is impossible to stock everything - therefore each item will be made specifically for each order.





10.  If I order more than one item will it cost more to ship?



The post and packing charge is applied on each order irrespective of how many items you purchase according to weight, so the more you buy, the more you save. Once any package exceeds 1 KG we are required to measure the carton and charge by cubic weight.





11. I have bought a second-hand item on Ebay etc, but have no fitting kit - what can I do?



If you have purchased a Powerbronze product second-hand, or perhaps from new but have lost the fittings for this, please contact us and we will see whether we can help by selling you the parts that you need to enable you to fit this to your bike. No guarantee is offered on the item if not purchase from Powerbronze Australia & the kit will incur a cost from UK.





12. Why am I not able to buy from Powerbronze UK or other Countries and have the parts sent to Australia or NZ?



Only our Exclusive & authorised Importer/Distributor in Australia/NZ is allowed to offer our professional guarantees to you when purchased in Australia from any Retail Bike Shop who is an official agent to Powerbronze Australia or direct from the "Online Shop" every distributor is allocated an agreed region for sales. The RRP is carefully calculated at a true landed cost into Australia including all Customs Duty & Govn Charges. We offer great value on a superior product and competitive pricing when compared with similar items from our competitors. However - Powerbronze Quality & Service is never matched as all Powerbronze items achieve TUV or ABE type "Standards" approval whenever required by the industry. Please also read item:5





13. Can I cancel an item or order that I sent on the website "online shop"

Cancellation of any item ordered via email phone or the website is not usually agreed. Orders for Goods will have to be made especially for the Customer (this is normally most items in Australia) will be charged in full unless it is noticed within 24 hours of the accepted order as quoted in the Order Confirmation and that the order of them or any components for them has not commenced at the date of that notice (meaning the order has been sent and paid to our UK Factory ). Purchasing from overseas agents or changing your mind is not a legitimate reason to cancel - Please read item:5. Orders that are currently in stock in Australia can be cancelled by any means notice at any time before the goods have been assigned & charged to the customer and prior to packing.
